I ordered pistons for my Banshee over 3 months ago, recieved them within a week, BUT they sent the wrong size. So after calling for 3 weeks strait and only getting busy signals, I finally got an answering machine, left a message and got a call back 8 days later.
I sent them back overnight air in hopes to try and get them for the upcoming weekend, they had the authorization number on it, and the guy told me to write a note to just exchange them for the next size up.
Well after waiting over a couple weeks, I tried to contact them.....There customer service number is now out of order and the east coast number I used to order from is now out of order, so what is going on? Did they go out of business? Anybody have any suggestions at all for me?

 

I know more than a handfull of people that have had bad experiences w/ them, one guy recently went through the EXCACT situation as yours...he only got 1 piston and it was the wrong size. Somebody is gonna sues these b@stards and shut them down pretty soon if they don't straighten up.

I had a bad dealing with those jokers as well. Very rude as well. THey are almost as bad as Team Factory Racing.

 

Did any of you guys deal with them recently, There numbers are out of service now, and the jerks got my 140 bucks!!! If anybody knows a number that works, please post it so I can call, or if anybody lives near Portsmouth, VA can you take a drive by and let me know if the shop is closed!
