Rules for duning!
Don't you guys think there need to be some rules set down for the stupid duners, like the railes that go up the right side of comp and cur across the middle of comp leaving some nice ruts for people to have to ride through. Or the guys that blast by your camp doing about mac-10 on there bikes. I think someone needs to put a restraunt out at the dunes too, that would be way cool.

i agree, there should be certain rules. People get hurt when there arnt any rules and if they arnt getting hurt theres a higher chance. i dont dune much but i at least go once a year and its a blast. When i go there are hundreds of people maybe going into the multiple thousands. I also dont like people going by my camp roosting dust into my TENT lol. i want to throw a rock at em or something because most dont wear a helmet

No Joke! I was sitting out by the drag strip at Waynoka and one of those Northstar buggies came by going at least 80 mph in a wheelie bouncing off the rev limiter! He was like 10 feet from us, tops! And there is no way he could see us in that wheely. After he flew past us he let it down and shifted to 4th and flew over the next dune. What an idiot. Common Sense People!!!

The same stuff goes on at Glamis. It seams wherever we camp its by a trail that everybody travels, and those 4-stokers, my god go to sleep already its 3 in the morning.
When we go now, we take stakes and yellow caution tape and section off a large area around camp. That seams to keep the traffic from using the front of my truck as an apex in their turn

It's all common sense. AND being aware. You have to ride heads up. When I go to silver lake every year, I always find myself getting cut off by some @$$whole on a buggy or bike, throwing sand in my face. Or cutting crazy lines up blind hills. You'll never get rid of it. And if you start to put restraints on dune riding, you'll just ruin the fun for the rest of us.
