i live in north utica i ride out towards deerfield, whitesboro, poland sand pits, all over there. real fun trails. where about in utica do you live?

Grew up riding the power lines in North Utica (I'm originally from west utica/utica college area)...know the trails well. Not sure what you mean by poland sand pits?(behind the bowling alley on rt12?) ...I used to ride Eastern rock up that way...but I think it is posted now.

Do you know where Summerset road is? I used to park up there with the trailer and leave from that spot. I was up that way a week or two ago and found that some of the property owners have now shut down access through their property.

I blew a tire up by wktv station....they actually let me use their parking lot to plug the tire. And the lady inside gave me and my freind a coffee. I thought that was nice....they also told us not to rev the engines when we cut behind the building...cause it messes them up if they are on the air. lol

 

i live on oakdale ave and summerset rd is basically 2 mins away from my house through the woods. i ride through wktv all the time and then get on the trail and ride out to rt 12 or if you go to the end of the seasonal road and keep riding down the road you come out in rt8 in poland they have actual sand pits out there which are really pretty cool. i was out riding on smithport rd off of sherman drive yesterday goin out towards the lanterns so pretty close to where you live. what kind of machine are you riding? maybe we could meet up and do some riding sometime.

 

take your choice....I have a banshee, raptor, 400ex and drz400...but the bike is basically done for the winter. I mostly ride the banshee.

I can't seem to find a trail from my house to the lanterns on the quads...snowmobile is no problem though.
I'll have to follow the dirt road up through poland...sounds like fun.

leave me a message or sayit_fmf on yahoo. I let my buddy borrow my trailer to bring some things to new jersey...but I should have it back after thanksgiving.
