Default Stupid Bolts

Hey all. I got my PRM skids yesterday for my 04 Rappy and I got to the last factory bolt of the factory swing arm skidplate and I can't for the life of me get it broke loose. I've used vice grips, channel locks, hit it with a hammer and the head of the bolt is almost round now. I think I'm screwed and I have a big ride Sunday. Any quick advice on how to get this thing out would be great. Thanks

Try putting some heat to it.

just get a metal chisel and hit up under the bolt a couple times REAL hard and it should come loose, it has worked every time for me.

I agree with the Sears bolt/screw extractors. Also you might want to try some Hoppe's gun cleaning solvent on the threads. Let it sit a bit and penetrate. It's magic.

PB BLASTER penetrating catalyst, they sell it at wal mart. spray it on, wait a few minutes and it should come right off with a little help from a chisel
