60°, Sea Level, No lid, what jetting?
I went riding on sunday and I noticed my raptor wasnt running as strong. I think its time to re-jet. Its gotten a lot colder here 60°F(used to be 100-115). What would you recommend? I havent put in the Hotcams or Wiseco piston yet. Just got a K&N, E-Series pipe(no spark arrestor) and Nology Plug Wire. I noticed last night that my header was glowing after I let it idle for a couple of minutes. Help me out guys!

60°F, Sea Level, No lid, what jetting?
Right now Im running 144/146 DJ Jets...my kit only goes upto 148/150 but I can get some jets from my dealers tomorrow...I think I found my problem...I took off the 2 little black covers on top of the carbs and found a spring was broken (Spring, diaphragm according to my manual $5.17) what could have caused this? and what does this little spring do? If someone gives me their email I can send you some pics of this. Now, do I have to remove the carbs comepletly off the quad? This will be my first time re-jetting so be kind guys!
