Yes I have,
It is the Bronze or Brass (not sure which, I was in a hurry)bushings in the mounting holes. Take them out and clean and grease them. I was thinking about installing grease fittings but have decided to find the self lubricating (impregnated) bushings instead. I'll post the size and price of them soon.

well thats not good, I traded off my 98' wolverine for that very reason and got a 00' kodiak. I had that wolverine in at the dealer three times trying to fix that problem. I asked if they had or knew of some after market greasable bushings, they told me not to there knowledge. I have got well over 100 hours on my Kodiak and have still not had that problem yet, but it sounds like I am going to sooner or later. I am praying for later.
