cam replacement

Default cam replacement

I have a 98 warrior and I just replaced my cam with another factory cam and and the new one there is no slot for the timing chain sprocket to sit in. Do i just need to line it up and crank on the bolt as tight as i can or do i need to get a new cam or is that lil piece sold sepratly??

i pulled the old pin out of my stock cam
