okay so maybe i was lying.

 

Don't laugh Bassetboy...It really happened around here. The cops pulled in... a guy on a horse took off...The horse couldn't see because of the blue lights...ran the guy into a tree knocked him off. The cops arrested him...impounded his horse. They wished they hadn't. The local newspaper had a feild day with that one. They got laughed at for a long time over it. Oh and by the way they had to drop the charges...a horse is not a motor vehicle.

If I'm not wrong the guy may have sued the cops...I know he said he wasn't running...just that the cops with their blue lights and spot lights scared the horse causing it to run him into that tree. I know and you know it's BS but how could they prove it didn't happen that way.
