DUI on a 4 wheeler !!!???

Da@# if I didn't stir up some **** last night after a few cold ones! (was not riding or driving) Is it still legal to post on this forum after a few brews? You guys came up with some good replies...Both sides.
I still beleive it a personal choice. If ya don't want to ride around me or my pals cause we are drinking a brew thats fine...I probably wouldn't want to be around you guys passing judgement on me either. There are many different situations riding....blasting hi speed over the dunes...racing... fast trail riding ... slow mudding...slow trail riding... Yeah I sure believe there are riding situations where drinking would be uncalled for....but I also see stuatiuons that there is nothing wrong with having a cold brew. The endangering other people point doesn't hold up in my area...There are times we have rode all day and never seen anyone. The trails around are not crowded at all. I know the other person is a concern in some areas just not here...not that they are not a concern...there just not that many places where you could hit someone. Most of trails are pickup and jeep traveled as well, makes them wide enough to pass. Someone may think I'm endangering them because I've drank a couple of brews but I may think they are endangering me because they just passed me WFO.
The bottom line as I see it is...Be responsible for your own actions...Know your limits- be it drinking, speed, riding ability or whatever.

if your drinking more then a couple (2 or 3) your an accident waiting to happen. I ride for the fun of riding, exercise and to enjoy the woods and forests of this great country. not to get drunk.
as far as hauling beer up into the trails...i don't get it. i could only read half of the posts, because it was bumming me out knowing how f'd up the situation really is.
and yes, someone from a green group could print this up and use it against our sport...so whats the point of this post? why cooperate by putting it all in one nice post for the tree huggers. you might as well print it and send it to them. we all have a good idea on what goes on in the trails. leave it in the trails.
file this under "jackasses love company".
common guys let this thread die.

I just got back from my monthly supply trip to Wal-Mart and they do have the cheapest beer and while I was there I picked up some mosquito repellant.

What I do is go ahead and purchase a spring, summers, and falls supply or more in advance. I am up to about 15 cans now.
Another thing you can use beer as money. You can go like, will you wash my mailbox for a six pack.
No problem getting help.
When anyone comes to my place they don't go thirsty and are bug free.
