stock for stock who will spank who's butt?
piped for piped?
will kawa have the advantage over manual?
will yammy have the advantage over weight?
Please only reply if you have witnessed this or raced between the 2, please dont reply with what yo u have justyar, thanks

i have a video of a stock raptor vs stock vforce and the raptor wins by about a quad length i think they are both pretty similar and the manual and auto boxes both have advantages and disadvantages depend on situation and terrain.

i didnt think a kfx would come that close.. how far was it.. or better yet.. where did you get the video?

i can't rember where i got the video from but its filmed form the finish line back so i get a good view of the finish but not the start so i don't know if they both got good starts or not, i was trying to put forward a non bias veiw coz my step dadd owns a raptor i think it would kill the v force because it is so much heavier and i don't like the auto box

The V Force will get the hole shot but the rappy will take it on the top end...

Some .02 worth: ATV Rider magazine tests the V-Force as being a bit faster than the Raptor stock for stock. THey put the 700 in between the Raptor and the DS-650. Off-Road.com says " Kawasaki tuned it so the VForce will outpace the Raptor by .2 seconds on 0-200 meter acceleration tests. We think the Vtwin has much more ready to be unleashed."

Whether you buy any of that or not, everyone knows the truth of "no substitute for displacement."

Don't forget the stock clutch spring in the V-force is for newbies and even the basic upgrade spring gives better acceleration by changing the shift points without increasing the stall point. It's ridiculous to generalize though, even stock for stock it depends on altitude, tires, etc. V-Force will always get the hole shot nobody with a clutch is going to beat the auto if the v-force rider already has his transmission engaged at the gun.

Not to mention, they've been tweaking craptors for years... they're just getting started on the kfx-700.

I'll tell you what's hot is that new DS-650... same power but smaller and lighter holy crap. That thing is da bomb.

Change one spring and the V will take the Raptor by 4-5 quad lengths in 300 feet.
I've seen it.

I have Raced a Stock VForce and them things get off the line. We raced both Pavement and Dirt. On Pavement He was leading all the way until I hit 4th and I just Flew By. Raptor has about a 5 mph More Top End Speed then the V. On Dirt He got me all the way until 3rd and then I Flew By. Raptor has way more Mid range then the V thats the only reason how the Raptor catches fast. V Force is a great all around quad though. Hands Down Stock vs Stock Raptor wins. 200 to 300 yard there pretty close but Raptor will just pull away Fast.

November 22nd, Badlands, Attica, IN. I saw a Raptor with a Pro-Circuit T4 + K&N filter take a V-Force with the Pro-Circuit Duals and a K&N. The Rappy beat it a handfull of runs. No bullsh*t... Usually by about 3 quad lengths.....
