i only see pic's of your custom stuff on the ex. all you have to do is upload the pic's...but they have to be 750X750 in dimension...and less then 150KB.

Then let the mod's approve the pic's.

no it wasn't cash only no i don't know them personally and its wasn't a special deal for me thats just the askin price for them there. Here in Baton Rouge they go any where from 7000 to 7500 ,and yes they do financing. I'm not sure about trade ins but i'm sure most all dealerships do.
thanks. i'll have to give them a ring. i have a 450R on order, but its been delayed and electric start is looking pretty good to me right now for some reason... the reason i ask about trades is that as soon as I tell dealers than my trade is a banshee, they say "try to sell it yourself" and my banshee is a 2001 that is in near mint condition!; i ride my 250R (bought after I got the banshee) way more than it.

To all that posted to break it in like you plan on riding it!!!! Currently I own 5 Yamaha Machines!!!! 4 which are YZF's and the YFZ!!! While I will say that my MX bikes are loadssssss more powerful than my quad!!! You definately NEVER EVER EVER and I repeat EVER "Ride it like you plan on riding it" during break in!!! The rings on the piston will expand under heat of normal slow riding!!! Also, when you start your machine, do notttttttttt let it warm up!! Crank it with Choke up for like 10 seconds then sit for 15 more, then ride it like you stole it!!!!!!! LOL!!!!! I do every bit of maintanence and rebuilding of both my quads and bikes(except for the machining of the cylinders)!!! The harder you ride it during break it, the harsher you are on the engine parts!! The cylinders are plated!!! If you put to much heat on them they will tend to get a layer of deposit!! I have never understood why! But they do! (Know from experience with 426F! The cylinder has to be properly warn before the stress of the Max RPM the machine is capable of reaching, can be safely ran!!!! Others may have no problems!!! But having raced the YZF bikes for 6 years now, starting with the old YZ400F, I'm beggin you, please be easy on the engine during break in!! There is a reason they tell you too!!! If you don't believe me, call factory Yamaha Racing's lead mechanic!!! Ask him what he would want you to do since he does that IS his livelihood!!!! I asked long ago at a Local SX event when the old guys of SX still ruled the scene!!! Now some kid by the name of BUBBA is taking it to a whole new level!!!! I hope my post helps!!! I know these engines about as well as I know myself lol!!! Tore them down well over 40 times, my regular maintence on MX bikes!! Good Luck, congrats on the new ride!!!

Also, forgot to mention, after breakin, make sure the valves are at spec height again and seat properly, they tend to seat different after the initial break in!!! Just make sure everything is at the correct position and you are good to go!!!!!!! Also one would think that titanium valves would be really really strong!!! They are actual strong yet very brital if you can understand my meaning!!!! They will tend to develop an edge around the lip of the valve, most ordinary people will never notice this, but I measure mine everytime I check my valve clearance!! Probably the most crucial aspect of the yfz engine is changing the oil!!! Now I am a maintence freak on my MX bikes so I change the oil and filter after every 3 rides and after every race!!! I clean the filter every time I ride, dirty or not!!! But definately make sure you keep an eye on the vavle clearance, just a little off and you will be in trouble because the Ti valves from Yamaha were $90's a peice on my 250F and $120 a peice on my 450's!!! THink about it 5 X 120!!! Not a good thought!!!! Other than that, the quad is excellent!!!!!!!! If you ride it hard, maintain it hard!!!!!!
