Default Electrical problem with Kodiak

I have a 2000 Kodiak and in the last few weeks it has been acting up. When I turn the key on a have no power anywhere. The battery is only a year old and fully charged. Sometimes I turn the key on and after a few seconds I hear a click and the power is back on. Any ideals on what can be causing this?

A similar problem happened on mine. It turned out that the nuts on the battery terminals were loose. So, check the battery terminals and make sure they are tight. It sounds simple, but sometimes it the simple things that are the hardest to figure out. Good luck

That's EXACTLY right. I just had the same problem last week. My battery terminals were loose and when I tried starting the Kodiak, it would click. A little Dielectric tune up grease and a screwdriver fixed that.
