I am looking for a new pair of bars, the stockers have just about had it. I was looking at the banshee bend but i want to know first if the bars will hit the gas tank at all while turning the wheels. Anyone using these bars what would you recommend? Thanks a lot

 

If you tilt them right they won't hit the tank...but you better keep your handlebar clamps alittle loose and not super tight because renthal bars will bend your steering stem like nothing on simple roll overs or anything of that nature. just some advice.

a lot of my friends have the renthal bars, and several have tightened them down and they are paying for it with new steering stems.

 

The stock stems suck! Mine bent pretty bad when I hit a big rock with the front tire, the stem and pitman are were trashed, but the tie rods were fine, go figure. I am using Raptor bend Renthals and I really like them.

 

As usual since everyone is different, bar bends will feel different to different people but by far the most popular bend among pro riders is the CR High bend. Even though it is called "high" it still won't be as tall as the stock bars.
