...hmm uhh yeah
They put them in for the novice riders, auto are great to learn on. Thats what I learned on (my trailblazer) but now im gonan sell and get a blaster. They probly also put them in for the people who just wanna go slow trail riding, not racing...belive me, an auto is alot easier to just enoy yourself while riding a trail, cause you dont have to worry about a clutch or shifting....

Just my thoughts...

Default blaster vs. trailblazer

Autos are great for fast trailriding and hill climbing. Always in the right gear. Plus they are VERY tuneable. They are not just for novice riders. I know how to shift. I would not want an automatic trans on my Harley, but I love the Auto trans on my scram for my type of riding and the terrain that I ride in.

Default blaster vs. trailblazer

Sorry guys, hate to disappoint you. The Trail blazer is not a bad machine, its just a misunderstood machine. First auto trannys are deceiving, how many sleds you see whith manual clutches? Properly tuned and ridden a auto tranny will beat a manual tranny. A cluthed machine is more fun to ride though (IMO). Second, I modify quads and I can make a Trailblazer beat a stock Banshee - I cant do that with a Blaster. But, you can really get styling in the air on a Blaster - even lightened a Trailblazer just cant match the Blaster for jumping. The Trailblazer prefers to stick to the ground and this makes it faster from point A to point B. Now, that brings me to my point a Trailblazer can be faster than a Blaster, but thats not always what its about.

If your into trail ridding, all day rides, hare scrambles, dice runs, and that type of thing then the Trailblazer would be the way to go.

If your into riding MX tracks, old quarrys, or freestyling then the Blaster would probably be the better machine.

Size wise the Blaster is a small quad and ment for smaller riders, and the Trailblazer is more roomy and ment for taller riders.

By the way , my favorite ride of all times is still a Honda ATC250r. Thats right a trike.
