a slugg is the last thing i would want to be in front of... as for bird shot.. ive seen deer hit with it at very close range.. and they just run off...
usually by the guy who has already got his deer and is pushing for ya.. thinks he will help ya out by shooting 2000 lead pellets into a bunch of meat that you plan on eating.. nice guy eh?

wild ****** can be very very dangerous. They can run at full speed thru underbrush that we can't even see thru, and
be on you like a fly on sh*t in seconds. Those tusks gouge deeply. And they are very protective of their territory.
Sows are usually only dangerous if they have sowlets and see you as a threat to them. But the ***** will come after
you just for the fun of it. LOL.
The only thing birdshot would do to a bear is p*ss him off and ensure that you were bearlunch.
You want a sure bear stopping pistol, get a 454 Casul. It is the same to the 45 long Colt as the 357 is to the 38 Special
and the 44 Mag is to the 44 Special, a lengthed and strengthed case and chamber. Much more power than the 44 Mag.
Makes the 357 look like a bb gun. One big pistol with a lot of recoil.

That 454 is a great gun, but if your going up against an Alaskan Brown I would reccomend filing down the front sight...............that way it won't hurt so bad when he shoves it up your a$$.

When I was stationed in Alaska and I went fishing with a buddy, I always carried a 9mm for bear. That was all I needed. It's not the size of the bullet, it's all in shot placement.

****** can be very dangerous indeed. You can catch all kinds of diseases and they'll rob you blind if your not careful. LMAO
Boars can also be very dangerous. I don't think I'd like to tangle with either one.
