A man and two friends were riding quads on muddy trails when they stopped to bathe in a flooded stream....the guy was then killed by a large croc as his two friends went up a tree....the croc surfaced and showed the two people their friend before swimming off and returning to stalk them overnight till they were rescued......weird. LOL

Don't stop for a swim while riding your quad....bad things can happen.

thats why i love maine.. we only got black bears and moose to worry about!!!

and every so often a logger that has gone phsycho...



actually there have also been a few drive by shootings up here.. no1 has been hurt.. and the towns are about 20-30 minutes away from my house..

Now the bears....that's something to think about.

i usually here about 2-5 cases of a moose attacking some1 up here every year...
they get in the rut and are very defensive.. its an actual danger... its how we keep all the tourist out...

Last week I was teasing a cow with 2 calves. She came after me and scared the crap out me. She wouldn't quit either. If I would have gotten stuck in the snow or stalled I would have been moose poo or at least goo after she stomped me.

 

i personally have not... but when i live in a state where there is a ton of them... and i hear of people gettin chased / attacked by them.. then i consider them kinda dangerous.. not as dangerous as other animals but like i said... all i gotta worry about is moose and bears...


my uncle is a logger and he has been chased before.. he had one slam into his skidder..

 

Not a moose. I've heard about elk and whitetail deer being very aggressive durning the rut. We usually get to hunt deer while they are rutting here in WV. I have even seen video's on real tv of a rutting elk getting tangled up in a swing set that he was rubbing and trying to tip over. And of course the infamous video of the whitetail kicking the hell out of the guy that was trying to stalk it wearing a ton of doe **** while his wife ran the camera.
