Default Really Need Help with Plug Analysis!!!

OK, my raptor does not seem like it is pulling at high RPMs like maybe it should.... Ive got 2 pics that I need you all to take a look at:

http://f2.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/dak...ir=/2003-12-24

They are of the same plug, from 2 different angles after a WOT run up the hill in my back yard. Im not even sure that I am not hitting the rev limiter... what would it feel like, is it a soft rev limit that seems like power is laking only, like you can get for a car from MSD, or is it harsher like say on a honda or something that you always hear ricers bouncing off of?? I am just concerned with the white area around the tip of the one side and just below the brown ring in the one pic..... I need a hand guys, I dont wanna burn up my bike, I LOVE MY RAPPY!!!! Keep in mind that the motor is complete stock and it is around 30-40 deg here now, was around 20 last week.

I cant see it but typically when it wont pull on top its lean. You could put it in your ATVC pics section though.
