Do you have a set of tools and a digital meter and do you know how to use them? There is no sense to R&R parts if you don't know for sure they need replacement. The buzzing can be caused by many problems, and we will need more than that general sympton to guide you. What is the exact battery voltage while the bike is off?

Check the connections at your battery terminals, then check the voltage of your battery. I'll put my money on bad battery connection. Has happend to me quite a few times.
