Default replacing rear axle bearings on a warrior???

I was wondering how hard it is to replace the axle bearings on a warrior and if there are any special tools needed to do the job? I am considering doing it myself. Also do the bearings need to be pressed in or out or will they just come out on there own? any input or advice would be appreciated.

it all depends on how bad they are worn in there, if they are really bad you might have to grind them out which isn't that bad, and they suggest you use a press to put the bearings in because the blows may harm the bearings, but with little taps with a rubber mallet you will be fine.

I recently changed the rear axle bearings on my 2002 Warrior. The sprocket side bearing actually broke apart and the bearing ***** destroyed the axle carrier and center tub as well. Your bearings will need to be pressed out for sure. I bought new bearings, center tube, axle carrier and oil seals, so I did not need to press the old bearings out, but the were practically welded to carrier.
After you remove the old bearings, you can installl new bearings with quality bearing grease and lightly tap them in place with a wood/rubber mallet with little effort.

The job is not hard, just take your time and do not over tighten the axle nuts upon reinstallation.
