Default One Way Bearing... AGAIN!!!!

It has been really cold lately, so I decided to fire my Raptor up so the batty doesn't die out... sure enough... the one way bearing is acting up again. What makes this go? how is this possible.. Yamaha needs to take care of this. The dealer told me to only use the choke no thumb throttle upon starting....I've been doing that.. I don't know what gives.

That's what I got.....

It seems to go away once the bike is warmed up. What causes it to spin so freely....

When you replaced the the one-way was the gear that drives it replaced or did Yamaha use the old one with the new one-way?

If you did not replace that gear the one-way will not last!

Gear has been replaced...

Hey Ernie while I wsa out there.. I took some pics to make ya that decal... give me one more day or two....

I don't know what gives. THe weather has been really, really cold here perhaps that might have something to do with it? Once it's warmed up and I let it sit for about 1/2hr it fires right up....tomorrow after work since it will sit over a period of 12hrs I'll will see if the problem remains.

Keep in mind that L&A has a one-year warranty. If your still within that time frame. Keep an eye on it. If it gets worse take it out, and tell them you want a replacement.
