Default Raptor jetting with baffel removed

My buddy's Raptor keeps dying on him when we ride in cold weather. He removed his baffel and now wants to rejet. I have no clue about wich mains to get for him. Any info would be great! Thanks.

You should not have to rejet after removing the baffle. You have a problem elsewhere.

Should not have to rejet. Should be alittle rich stock. Try the idle adjustment if it is when he lets the motor idle.

I'm not sure exactly when his motor dies. I know its when its really cold out (-20) and we are riding hard. He lets go of the gas to make a turn and it dies. Then it will not fire up unless he uses the choke.

My buddy removed his spark arrestor this summer but had to reinstall it this winter when the temps got down to the mid 40's due to popping and cold bloodedness. (He didn't want to re-jet) I don't think it was lean on the mains but it was definately lean on the idle circut and mid-range.
