OK I'm going to finally go FCR'S. I really want to try the 39's with different intakes but for those who have experience with both on the 686's is the 39's going to give me better performance. Personally I think the 39's will outperform the 35's but I want to know what differnce I will notice such as were and when the 35's or 39's outperform the other and in what areas. Thanks Slim

I haven't tried the 39s yet but I didn't think the 35s had as good a top end as modified stockers. If the guys with the 39s are actually running the jets I've heard, they are flowing a lot more air than the 35s. I saw a prototype of Craycraft's new intake, it's a straight shot into the intake runners. Not sure whether it's the 39s or the intake but it sounds like the combination works very well.

I don't know but... The stock ones are 33s with butterflys and I have not seen that the 35 FCRs give you anymore top end than modded stockers but are definetly better for bottom end and throttle response. I know this post is probably worthless but may be something to think about.
Raptorfam will be at Glamis this weekend with his new 39s so he would be the one to ask as well as Ernie.
