warrior swingarm

First of all, have you jacked up the quad to take weight off the swingarm? Assuming so, my guess is that the swingarm bearings are rusted to hell and have fused to the bolt. Spray a bunch of rust penetrant, give it a few whacks, that should break it free.

hey man i had the same problem.. The guy at the dealership told me to take a pipe, put it on the frame where the bolt goes through, and then wedge the pipe against a solid object, like concrete steps, then wack like hell at the other side it. If that doesnt work go get yourself a 5/8 cobalt drill bit and then drill it out to the swingarm, that is what i ended up doin, obviously you will have to buy a new bolt and nut.

they guy that did mine ended up cutting the end off of it to get it outta mine and he beat the crap outta it with a 2 pound hammer. he recommended taken it out every so often and spring it with whiite lithium greese.

YEA i had no idea wtf was going on in there... when i took my axle off....there was nothing but chewed up bearings inside..if i knew it would be this hard to remove axle/swing arm i would of taken better care of it.. i figured it was sealed-messed up my axle too ..trying to take it out
