Default yamaha customer service

has anyone else in here have a bad experience when calling up yamaha customer service??? i have been dealing with yamaha for the past month now. My raptor seems to get air in the brake lines and theni lose brakes, no leaks found at home or at dealership. yamaha and dealership have no idea on what is going on. But i had bad experiences with dealing with yamaha, my bike has been to the shop four times for the same issue.....still not fixed, now i need to wait until the week of 25th for the service rep to check it out!
pissing me off.....so far i have gotten a free 6 month warrenty on the bike since it just ended, keep in mind this raptor is a 03, bought it in june. have had brakes issue's since i got it!

I think that is the Hallmark of Yamaha customer service - the worst it gets.

I had those same problems with my old black and red raptor.

Haven't had any problems with the LE. But Yamaha replaced my one way, and my clutch without question.

they said last time the master cylnder wasnt installed properly and that it was viberating causing air to get in.....i think it was that they couldnt figure it out. time before they said that there was no fluid in there, that was a fat lie because i had filled it up just before i brought it in, after i tried to bleed the brakes....bunch of horse crap and i will probably come out with all new brakes....i amasking and demanding for it at least

well, vibrating brake fluid at any frequency will not produce air.
there must be an entry point somewhere, and yes, yamaha service horror stories are plentiful. Of course, they are the only ones you hear, but with one-ways, clutches, trannies and everything else you'd think they would take steps to improve their image. But then, as long as they sell like hotcakes....
when/if my tranny goes my only correspondence to them is that i have secured an attorney.
their customer service is shameful! and could easily bite them on the ***, if it hasnt done so already.
