tire slime?
Air Lock from Highlifter is the stuff you want. It seals up to 1/2" and will probably go to about 5/8". I saw this stuff demo'd on Fisher's Atv World and the guy drove a HUGE spike into the tire almost 5/8" wide and when he took it out, the tire sealed in about 1 second. The label says it will not rust or corrode wheels, good for the life of the tire, and will not harden or freeze above -33 degrees.
Needless to say, I bought 4 bottles. They recommend one 32 oz bottle per tire, and sell 4 bottles for $60.

tire slime?
The time I tried 12oz. per tire I could'nt hang on to it above 40mph. The next time I tried having the local tire shop put in their pink stuff and they put in 1 pump. The guy that did it used it in his banshee and said he never had problems. Well, it shook less but it still shook. It seemed the less I put in, the better it got but it never quit entirely. The plugs are ugly, but there are thorns where I ride and I gotta stop the leaks somehow. I guess if I were filling a bunch of screw holes I might not use plugs. Just buy another set of tires and rims and keep screws in one set if that is an option.
