660 Motor
Differences:
Complete independent Suspension on Grizzly
Grizzly in the 600lb+ range while raptor is a 397 dry
4 wheel drive grizzly
2wheel drive raptor
grizzly has racks
raptor doesnt
If you really want to get down into diffeerences it would be liek the seat, hanlebars etc
the only thing at all the same is the motor.

If you really want to get down to the differences go to Yamaha's web page and look at the different spec lists for the two quads.

Correct me if I am wrong, but i can't see a 35 MPH difference between the 2, the raptor is in the mid 70's while the grizzly can go in the mid 60's, so I would call the 10mph difference, but the Raptor would obviously get there faster... There is also alot of differences in the engine too, but they are pretty close. other then that nothing alike at all..
