Default Rangers giving tickets at Glamis

While at the Sand Drags on Saturday I noticed the Ranger's were giving tickets to a bunch of quads. They all had flags so, what gives?

Are they checking for dB (noise?)

I hope not. My bike is loud and I'm going there this weekend.

yes they do check the decibal rating of peoples exhaust. they stick some instrurment in the silencer to measure the dc level. i dont know how much a ticket will cost you but they can get you. i've never been to glamis but i've been to coos bay and to florence and i've only seen 1 pig on a quad, all the others have been driving green trucks they you can probably out run on any fast quad. lol j/k

Don't run!!! Last spring one of our crew on a 250ATK didn't want to flag up so he thought he could outrun a ranger on a rappy, he did, but the second ranger on a rappy T-boned him at full speed. Cost him a felony and a trip to Juab county jail. Not worth running!

****....they ride rappys? lol are they even modded?

that sounds like a pretty dangerous thing to do to someone just because of a flag..id personally talk to someone about that..thats crazy
thats like pulling a gun on someone who stole a candy bar imo

seriously...people are usually driving so fast the flags are straight backwards anyways
