300 foot drags is what counts to the people that win in them... when in reality 300 feet isnt that far... 1/8 mile is more of a drag

I never got the cores when you take the pipe apart all that it in there is the mesh tube and end cap with a screen on it? should i get the cores and spark arrester

 

Did you buy these brand new from Looney Tuned? The screen on the end cap is the spark arrestor. Maybe they don't offer a quiet core for the Predator. If the loudness is not a problem for you then leave the quiet cores out. Quiet core inserts usualy rob a little power.

 

Hmm.......interesting Fridge........ I remeber you saying on the atvaddiction forum that you "Love your loud pipes....." And you didn't care what others around you said... Actually I think it went something like this....

So now their too loud for you?.....lol....good. Maybe theres some reasoning behind us saying not to get rediculously loud pipes......

And that packing that fell out of your mufflers is sound deafening material. The tips that are on your exhaust are used to hold above said material in, and are also used to give the exhaust some back pressure.
