Default can u help me.

what size sproket should i get for my 2003 blaster.i want front an back sprokets.what would be the best to get an r they hard to change.also what size chain should i get wit them

you lookin for more bottom end or more top end...?
or are you just replacing the stock ones with new?

just leave it the way they are. i trid to mess with mine a bunch of different combinations and the best thing i found was to just leave it alone. throw on a good chain, reeds, and your good to go.

stock is 13 -40. with a 92 link chain

You already wore out a chain on a 03 bike. Dang you are talented.

no i just wanna put a new one on.cause over the weekend i seen my friend brake his.an tore the front sproket up.dont need to get smart

it is generally a good idea to replace all 3 at the same time

check your rear sprocket for wear (the back side of each tooth)

if the sprockets look good,,,,the chain isnt stretched,,,and the master link in good shape,,,,just leave it.

dont change it out of fear,,,,,,,,,change it when it wears out

Think about it this way. The sprockets and chain are all kind of moulded together. They get sues to each other in a sence so if you put a new chain on the old sprockets then it will wear out quick because the old sprockets are worn and aren't used to the new shape of the new chain.
