wolverine timing

Default wolverine timing

i was just wondering how to reset the timing on my wolverine
i had the engine bored .040 over
i lost my manual and my friend is putting it together and we arent sure how to set it
also i was wondering if a warrior would have the same timing as the wolverine

What are you talking about timing? you cant touch the ignition timing. If you mean cam timing, the mark on the cam should meet or come real close to the mark on the head when the crank is at TDC.

Default wolverine timing

In addition to the previous post, there should be a "T" mark on the flywheel. This mark is visable with the timing plug in the sidecase removed. Once the "T" is aligned with the mark in the hole, the crank is truely at TDC. Now, you can line up the cam with the mark on the head.
