Default Warrior A-arms and Ohlins suspension

I was planning on buying 2'' wider a-arms for a 2001 Warrior, and wanted them to come with grease zerks. If anyone can give me some recommendations for anything that is chromoly and not Lonestar, it would be greatly appreciated. I was also curious if Ohlins suspension would be good for a 130LB person, or if another brand would be better.

To be honest with you...grease zerks are worthless...rarely does the grease actually go where it needs to be.

Every time you pump grease into a zerk....you keep pumping until the grease pushes out past the bearings or bushings. It is very easy to over grease a fitting...creating a tight bearing etc. I thought I wanted zerks on my arms too...but now that I bought the ones without them...I like it much better. It is very easy to take things apart once in a while to grease things up.

If your looking for a nice recreational set of a-arms...try EP strongarms. I went with the lonestar and they work great for me so far.

If your really stuck on zerks...get any arms you want and buy the zerks..they are easily installed with a drill and tap.

Armadillo arms come with zerks and they are all chromoly. Less moola than the Lonestars too.

Wicked products make good A-arms but they dont have zerks. They have maintenance free bushings on the bottom and heim joints on the top. They are also caster and camber adjustable.
