since someone else was asking, I thought I would bump this thread

I should have my corrected registration this or next week. Then, all I have to do is fight with NOPD more and get an item number or report number. After that, I have proof they were in possesion of my Rappy and it will show they were responsible for the bike, thus, being liable.

If they don't pay me, I'll have to get a lawyer. May just go to the local TV news [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] NOPD doesn't need any more bad press then they already have!


I should be getting a Red/White YFZ in May. I've been saving up all my OT money since Mardi Gras [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] I should have my 16' storage building done this weekend too, and I'll have a sensor in it connected to my Brinks home alarm system.

Oh, and it'll have insurance on it before I leave the dealer [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img]

 

hey i live in metairie and i often go to the spillway with my souped up recon but it will be sold so but is there anything to look for bc everytime im out there theres about 3-4 differnt blue raptors so is there a sratch or aftermarket part or anything?

 

it was pretty much new. Had some stickers on it and a Yoshi pipe. Pics on my site, in my sig.

Thanks for the update. Just because you work for the city does not mean the city can screw you over. It seems your quad was swept under the carpet at the police dept. Have you checked with the DMV too see if one of the boys in blue has not regestered it as his own? I have witnessed this practice first hand.

 

according to the NCIC, my bike is still listed as stolen.

who knows. I'm getting a lawyer soon if I don't get anywhere's with them!
