i'm planning on getting the Carbon GTY-R w/ the stainless steel header... those 2 alone are slated to give it 25% HP on low end, 25% mid-range and 5.5 top-end... has anyone else seen it do otherwise?

Has anybody ever thought about Jardine? I have a November 2003 issue of Dirt Bike and they dynoed a bunch of pipes for the YZ450F and the Jardine had an awesome dyno, and they said it was running lean. They said if they had it jetted right, it would have shown an even better dyno. The only other pipe in the shootout that came close to the Jardine in terms of hp was the White Bros. Carbon Pro.

I was at pismo this weekend with my bone stock YFZ no paddles and raced a guy with the same exact bike but he had an ESR pipe and jets we raced up the hill about 3 times and he only beat me by about 3/4 of a bike. we are both about the same size weight. I would get him off the line but soon as I hit 3rd gear he would start catching up. wasnt to impressed with it. I think I'm going with the Alba kit 449.00 and it comes with jets and a K&N you just cant beat that price! I'm also thinking of the Spark's On this site a lot of poeple seem to like it.

Have any of you guys heard a "Fatboy 4" from Duncan Racing? Claims up to 9hp gain and 21 bike lenghts in a 300yard acceleration! go to www.DuncanRacing.com and read on it! Thats the pipe I'm looking into but I have yet to hear one.
