Man there are some hills here that i wouldnt even consider going up, they wind around trees at about an 80 degree angle, all i do is go down it, that thing is about 6 stories high, My friend also has a hill at his house and when you go down it, you just drop until you hit the face at the bottom, it is so steep, i didnt go down it the first time i went riding with them, it is basically a cliff about 2.5 stories high, so far NOONE has climbed it.

Yes Glamis is huge. A good place also to ride. The Hill is in Utah and it's called the Face of Sand Mtn. The benchmark or hills for racing. Their is a resaon the out of staters don't come on Easter. It's called Crankenstein......Steep hill, very long, lack of air = disaster for the out of staters

Rumor has it crakenstein is sold is this true? Heard they kept the motor, just put a shee motor in it to sell it. That quad was something else! I would love to see some out of staters here for easter! Seriously!!! HEY YOU CALI GUYS get out here, get on the mtn. It could snow(did last year) so don't be scared, but you will love easter at sand mtn. Hey ST A boys, is Memorial day the big weekend up there? Oh, anyone know if sand hills has been sold yet?? Just traded in my penny collection, think I will be ready to buy it real soon!

The Cranker is sold to some Arabs oversea's. K&T is there now. The Arabs buy alot of stuff from them. A new monster is being made. I don't know what it is yet.. I would say Glamis is not weak by any means. Oldsmobile Hill is, but Glamis is fun.

You need to come up to Sand Mt., NV for Memorial Day or Labor Day.
Small riding area
No real place to open it up on the flats
Great drag racing! The face of the mountain is great racing and you can easily race 6+ at a time. Multiple starting lines / dunes so if one area is whooped up move to the right or the left. Much longer hill than Dumont to really show who has the most HP. Dumont and Glamis are much more about rider than Sand Mt. If I rode Glamis only I would probably only have a pipe on my quad. The hill at Sand Mt. has cost me a lot of $. But, I love the speed. You just don't need it at Glamis or Pismo.
You can't beat Glamis this time of year for riding. Shorts and T-shirt weather when the rest of the country has ice in their back yard. Glamis is NOT the place to see the fastest quad. You simply can't say that! Glamis can hold races but, the race will be the fastest set-up for that hill (rider and quad.) The only way to see the fastest quad is flat drags or a long steep hill with few whoops.
Yes, as the title of the tread (meant) the hill at Glamis is weak in comparison to other hills but, Glamis the riding area isn't weak at all. Kinda like hooters. . . they all look different, some are big and some are small but, I pretty much like them all (But, my favorites are the Big Ones!)
