Dude dont even bother waisting your time and money on the Vitos 240 kit. First off it doesnt even come ported. If you want a real 240 kit done right get it from www.hollywooddirtproductions.com . Hollywood Dirts 240 kits come with everything you need and their ported with either his PD2 design or you can get it maxed out with the PD3 port design. With the PD3 port design he really opens up those ports and on the intake side of the cylinder he cuts custom boost ports and gives the exhaust port a riffled affect which really speeds up the process of scavenging those unneeded exhaust gasses, and I also believe that his kits come with a base plate spacer as well which allows the piston to better uncover the transfer ports resulting in more power.

Also, the head comes with his "Prop" head design and is set up for what ever compression/fuel that you want to run. Go and check out his site youll melt on his port work. Oh and the prices on his 240 kits are better than anyone elses and I can speak from experience being that I have his work. He also does strokers and long rod kits as well.
