They are a softer compound.

I ran 22x11x10's on my '88 Warrior. They are really good tires, especially for mud or sloppy conditions, BUT, they aren't that great for general trail riding, as they seem to throw everything back into your buddies faces (fun sometimes, but it does gets old REAL quick) they also were prone to spinning on dry conditions instead of hooking up. Also, I seemed like I had to adjust the chain more often when I was using them. I think that the best tire for general trail riding on a Warrior is the Bandit XC. These tires worked great in just about every type of terrain. Kevlar belted and very puncture resistant, as well.

I have them on my Blaster. Most of the other postsa are quite accurate. They look cool, however, on hard surfaces, they slide and spin a lot. Also, they need a lot of weight on them to perform well in thick stuff. I am light, so me and my Blaster together are extremely light. So in snow I got little to no traction. If you are pretty big, I think they would be great for mud and snow.
