Default Please help with info on a GPS

I'm thinking about getting a GPS. I know pretty much nothing about them but here they work great. Which would be the best for $100.00 to $200.00? Iwant to be able to check MPH. Also if I get lost on some trails wouldn't it tell me the exact way to get back where i started from? Thanks for the help!

The basic garmin etrek will do, they're about $100. That's what I have. They also make a gekco that might be a little less but I've never looked at them.
