Raptor 350 vs Warrior
Ok how about a smaller carb and cheaper rear shock. How is that better? WOW a whole extra .400 travel, but no rebound dampning. I did say the warrior was a good bike, I coose the warrior over the 400ex because of reverse. I also choose to upgrade from the warrior to a lighter, and more up to date bike. Oh well have fun arguing over it. But I think yamaha's past speaks for itself. Again, just refer to the raptor 90. Go read the reviews and compare the specs to the standard yamaha 90. they are identical.

And By the way, I think it is possible for it to beat a 400ex, Warriors can hang with 400ex's like it or not, so this thing may just be equal or better.

Raptor still wider, even w/smaller tires. Almost 3 in length difference to. Plus bigger carbs. Very respectible mid-size ATV!

Raptor 350 vs Warrior
The overall length is shorter by 2.7 inches, but shows to have a .400 inch longer wheelbase. I think this is due to bumper differences on overall length. I think the wheelbase comes come from dropping the rear. It appears they did that by lowering it just a little. I can make mine shorter or longer with more or less rear shock preload. It seems I have offended some people, that wasnt my intention, but i do look at specs and know what each one means. I also remember the raptor 90, I almost bought it for my kids, until I compared the 2 yamaha 90s. Same bike, different plastic. This is basically the same thing. I am not trying to degrade the warrior. i had one and it was a fun bike. I am just saying yamaha did a poor job and dont expect it to beat a 400 in stock form. This really only applies to drag racing though. A better rider on an old 185 3 wheeler could beat a poor rider on a 660 on the track.
