Sold frame, title question....

I sold the frame to my 02 Raptor and I am just wondering if I should just get the title notorized and sign off on it and send it to him or is there anything else I need to do?

Handle the paperwork for the sale of the frame just like you would for the sale of the whole quad, cause in a legal sense thats what it is.
