I ordered my clutch tuesday afternoon, around 2pm. I selected the 2 day air. I try t contact them with emails, no replies, call the 1866 number, and no one answers, so I leave a message on the machine. No one calls back. This is the worst service I have got from a company when it comes to ordering parts. Rockymountain is awsome, these guys are no good

I put down 2 day so I could get the clutch in 2 days. this is day 4, and I am upset. This is a big weekend and I wanted to have the raptor running good. If its not here today I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy from them.

Why would you order from a no name company in the first place?? Always buy from a reputable dealer, saves alot of hassle in the end.

Sometimes we pay a little extra for peace of mind!

I have never ordered from eat sand but they have a pretty decent looking website .
You think they would work on the Customer relations
If they dont we need to all here about it .
You cant go wrong with Rockymountainatv there the best ...........................................

First of all, Rockymountain ATV did not have the clutchset that i was looking for, secound of all eatsand isn't a noname company. I have heard people talking about it on the forums before so I saved the name. Third of all, no dealers within a 70 mile radius of me carried any after market clutches/springs for the raptor, they would all have to order them. This company is just on my badside right now with there costumer service, because this is a big weekend.
