Hey guys i have a 88 banshee and the rear shock is rebounding real slow(when i push down,takes awhile to get back up) I am just starting to reassemble my quad and i noticed today that it is alot slower than when i took it apart (3 months ago) I checked all the shock linkage and it all works smoothly, when i put the shock on it goes real slow. Does my shock just need to be recharged?? or does it need a full rebuild. I just dont understand why it is rebounding differnt than when i took it off. Thanks..hope you guys can help i wanna go riding this weekend!

 

Maybe the rod is bent.

 

adjust your rebound ****

 

Could be either of the previous posts, make sure your rebound dampening isn't in the slowest position.

Thanks for the posts guys...it was the damping clicker, i feel like a moron...oh well. all is good now. Just waiting to get my cylinders back now..this thing will fly once it is done.
