Holy Crap!!!! Tel your dealer to get his head out of his a$$. The msrp from yamaha is $8199. My dealer sells his for around $77-7900 and the 450's for $85-8600.

That grizz looks pretty lethal and is an awewsome price. The big bear and the kodiak, i would shop around for a better deal if you are looking to buy one.

I'm not buying one, just saying those prices are ridiculous! I paid 4800 for my KOD 2 years ago!

That Grizz is tempting though!!

No suzuki does not have a nice quad kawasaki does with yellow plastic. Be like yamaha and polaris design, engineer,r & d, and build your own quad instead of having someone elses quad with your name on it Short cuts are for losers.

Well I have read most the responses form the Yamaha crowd, If yo posted your question on the Suzuki board you would get simialr results just a diffrent brand name. My 2004 Eiger has all the same feature as the Kodiak 450 less the locking diff. which I can over come with a slight amount of front brake pressure on the spinning tire, If I ever have that problem. So is that worth the 800 more for the Yamaha? I also read reviews of the yamaha stating that the front end makes lots of noise. I haven't had any problems with my Eiger. I do most of my riding working the machine, either plowing snow or pulling a drag in the summer. Top speed on a nice straight a way is just over 50 mph with my 230 # butt. I have herd the stock tires are a little soft in the side walls but they are fine for most normal driving. when I get high centered pushing snow I just lean back a bit and hit the gas. I have not had any warrenty problems and an issue I had with the plow was resolved my the dealer to more than my satisfaction. As for price I bought mine at the full bore price with winch and warn snowplow for $5650. As for tearing fenders that is a failing on the yamahas, read the other posts. No such problem with the Eiger. I like the foot peg design, because you feel like you feet will never slip off and lots of room to shift the manual with. Even with bunny boots on. Take one for a ride.
