Banshee rebuild please answer

I have just completed my banshee rebuild i need help right now. It starts up but is not revving high is that normal and what can from here to make it rev higher. please answer quickly. Thanks.

have you checked you jetting and you could have put the piston in backwards

Have you done a leak down tester? Sounds like you have and air leak somewhere.

it was t5he parking brake there is like a spark retarder on the parking break that wasnt letteing it rev. thanks tho.
