Probly the first things you should do would be to get a good pipe, K&N air filter and jet kit. After that a high compression piston and cam would be good. You won't get the full potential of a piston and cam if your raptor can't breath.

The first kit is only for bored cylinders. You would need to bore the cylinder to 102mm for it to work. The second piston is fine for install. The third kit is also ok, but the price is pretty high, depending on who the manufacturers of the cam and piston are. You can get a good piston, cam, and gasket kit for 300-375 before the core charge. It looks like alba is overcharging quite a bit here.

A piston and cam would be great upgrades to a piped and filtered rappy. Remember though, depending on the piston you decide on, you may have to run race gas at $3 or more a gallon.

Thankyou maddog56 you give good information mayby you can answer me this---> Whats the difference between a big bore kit and a cam, piston, and gaskett? i think the first one is good for me and my local shop bores out the cylinders..another ? ---> do i have to take the motor out of the frame for them to bore it out or does the peice that i have to bore come out easy? Thankyou so much -Matt-
