Default Mud tires for a Blaster

I was wonder what tires are good in the mud. What sould I do about the lack of wieght on my quad? I wiegh 130 pounds, and I can't seem to get any traction with my holeshots in mud. Is it the lack of wieght, or are holeshots just bad in mud? Also, I have an extra set of rims that are 12-8, and I was hoping to use these if you know what size the tires come in.

I did what I should have done before hand, and looked at previous topics. I am thinking about Mud Sharks. Any opinions on these?

Watch the weight of the mud sharks...I think they are 4ply or 6ply..can't remember...adds some weight to the Blaster. I had a 2001 Blaster I just sold a few weeks ago and had put Maxxis Sur trak's on it. Awesome tire in my opinion, only a 2 ply so it wasn't power robbing, very durable tire, very very good in mud in my opinion. I never got stuck after that, and well went through stuff that had my buddies boggled. I'm only 160lbs so that tells you how much a tire can make a diff. I liked the Sur traks so much I just put them on my Warrior..and have a set I'm ready to put on my Ozark. I hear they aren't always the best for real hard packed stuff, but I ride alot of trails, and at times really muddy trails, perfect for me. Just some info coming from me...lol
