Default Engine Ice.....

I've used Redline Water Wetter for over a year now without any problems.

Default Engine Ice.....

I used engine ice on my Banshee and it worked well but I had the cool heads on it also. I haven't put it in the rappy yet but am planning on it.... I know you dumped some serious cash in your baby ..... Did you put an inline cooler fin setup on it. I got one off e-bay from alpine engineering and they claim it cools an additional 9 degrees... Every bit helps... The part was only like 25 bucks

Default Engine Ice.....

I've thought about it, but then I heard the engine ice cools it down a lot. So maybe I'll just get some Dex-a-cool for aluminum radiators, and install one of the fins instead of the engine ice. Has anyone had any problems with the engine ice leaking or not?

Been using it for about a year and a half, with no problems (knock on wood). I have the inline coolers also.

I've been using Engine Ice in my DS650 Baja for a year now, and it definitely impacts the amount of time the fan spends churning away. I recommend it. The inline cooler is a good idea as well. I think I'll try one of those next.

Been running it for around a year aswell. It works well. Also added the inline cooler and radiator shrouds to help my Ds.

Sorry if I made you worry, but I asked about engine ice (or redline) on these forums maybe 6-8 months back and thought that got some people reporting leakage. I may be mistaken or remembering wrong.

No problem bro. I picked up a jug of Engine Ice, and a can of Chain Guard/Lube today for $26. Now once my Rocky Mountain parts arrive, I will be set and waiting on my engine to return.....
