I heard from the dealer the other day that the YFZ's pipe glows because of how thin the wall is. He said the pipe is only a single layer wall. It gets the same temp as all the other pipes but you cant see other bikes because they are double walled pipe! The advantage is a lighter pipe for the race bike. Anyone know if thats true or is he acting like he knows something [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

 

Probably true...the Rappy pipe glows too.
