The tire size 21-6-10 means, 21'' high, 6'' wide, on a 10'' rim.

If your going to use 18-10-8 on the rear then you will bea alright because you are only changing the hight of the tire, you arnt changing its width or rim size and they are the only 2 numbers that affect what rim you need. Both of those size tires will fit your stock rims just fine. I have razr's on my bike and I love them. My advice to you is to leave your tire the same size as stock because it will handle better being a wider tire.

Stiff like bolt pattern and off set wont matter to you unless you are buying new rims. The blaster has a bolt pattern of 4/100. This means that there is 4 bolts and 100mm between. The banshee for example has a 4/115. Off-set rims are what people buy who want to widen there quad without buying new
a-arms. Different rims can be the same width but can be offset to make the hub attach to the rim in a different spot to make it wider. For example, the front rim of a blaster is 10*5 (10rim, 5''deep) You can get rims that are 4+1, or 3+2. The rim is still only 5'' wide but where the hub attaches to the rim is not in the middle of the rim. Its the same effect as adding wheel spacers.
