I've used Yamalube 4 in my Warpig for over 13 years now and have only had to rebuild my clutch once and have done the top end once. Seems to work well. Also, it's got LOTS of hours and hard desert/dune riding throughout the years. I change the oil regularly as well.

Depends on the temperature where you ride. In hotter climates go with a good quality 20-50 oil, in colder areas I would use 10-40.

I have not used synthetic oil, but do change the oil about every 3 months.
