price on banshee?

Default price on banshee?

heres wat the ad"1988 YAMAHA BANSHEE, 350, Bills pipes, new top end, new Razr tires, Renthal bars, AC Nerf, AC front bumper, $1,700 OBO"
sound a lil expensive for a 88', and this is an american price as well

It dosn't sound too bad to me unless it is ruff. i think that the 88s had j arms. The ones around southern ny go for 2000 up most of the time.

Yep, they had J-arms up until 89, you can get a conversion kit, but you have to weld it (not much of a problem) you might be able to find one at www.thebansheezone.com under "suspension" section.

sounds good to me. I bought my 87 for 1800 and it needed a top end. I will never buy a quad that I can't test ride again. Basterds on ebay. Told me that it runs great. To bad it couldn't even be kick started when I showed up. We had to push start it every time until the motor was warm.[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img]

well would the jarm be alrite for jumpin? like until i can save up enough to buy a-arms and do that conversion

and i'm kinda surprised nobody made a comment bout yamaha being better than a bombardier or somethin like that, that i've finally seen the light, lol

I bought my 87 for 1800
[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img]
i just bought mine monday for 800 and all it needed was reed valves and it had new back tires and a new throttle cable. also a year ago it just had new crank bearings, trued crank, a new top end, and a new clutch
